Award of Excellence: Member Growth Through An Elevated Brand Reputation

The Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE) serves the rich diversity of the entire engineering community, including professional engineers, engineering graduates, and students who work or will work in several of the most strategic sectors of Ontario’s economy.

Following 3 years of value proposition development, in 2021 and 2022 OSPE was ready to “go to market” and tell their story. The insight was that engineers are inherently proud of the work they do and their contributions to shaping, planning and building a safe and inclusive future for Ontario’s society at large. The campaign built the brand’s reputation and connected with engineers.

The result was OSPE record-breaking growth in membership, millions of ad impressions and engagement across social media.
