Strengthening National Leadership in a Provincially-Regulated Profession
The Registered Veterinary Technologists and Technicians of Canada (RVTTC) faced a problem of uneven national regulation and internal conflict with its provincial members. This was compounded by an inefficient fee structure that allowed larger associations to contribute less proportionally than their peers.
Halmyre implemented a three-year value proposition strategy that overhauled governance and membership categories to strengthen the RVTTC’s national leadership and revenue growth.
