Matt and Christine will share lessons and insights from OFAH’s complete digital transformation at age 100, brought about by a required bifurcation of association and charity components of the organization to meet new legislative requirements. While all areas of the organization were impacted, the challenge was particularly profound for OFAH’s technology infrastructure, which was not designed for growth.
Learn how OFAH navigated website, AMS, and donor management system transformations while integrating previously siloed tech platforms and setting a five-year timeline to leverage the new technology to double awareness of OFAH in the market.
